Our technical support and assistance provide customers with after-sales assurance. We are able to trouble-shoot and assess issues that may arise during our customers’ printing and manufacturing processes. Our team consists of specialists with more than 25 years of prior working experience in both the ink-making and printing industry. This allows us to have better insight and knowledge of our customers’ needs and possible problems they may face at various levels of their production.
We strive to supply ink within 24 hours from order placement for items previously established. For new shades, the customer service staff will strive to supply with least delay. We are providing free service of testing selecting the correct ink type to print on any substrate. The inks that require special processing and/or are not of stock items will be supply within three days.
